CLOSED CIRCULAR LOOP
In 2022, Studio Wae has delivered almost 40,000 m2 of circular platforms for ProRail Netherlands. For example, we have realized a closed circle for the old pavement of the platforms. The raw materials of the old pavement (which are released at Urban Mining) have been converted 100% into new raw materials and we have processed these for 76% in the new 30x30x4.5 tiles. At the end of the life cycle of these tiles, they can also be fully used as raw materials again. We have the entire platform including marking tiles, studded tiles and guide lines in our range in a circular manner. So far we have saved 155 tons of CO2 and 2,940 the climate!
